Our Mission: To close the healthcare gap in emerging markets

At Prosperia Salud S.A. de C.V. (PROSPERiA), we believe that technology helps build bridges. We are a HealthTech company founded in 2020 with a clear goal: to democratize access to high-quality preventive diagnostics through Artificial Intelligence.
We combine software engineering with rigorous clinical knowledge and validation to address the most pressing challenges in public health and organizational productivity in Mexico and Latin America.

What we do: The PROSPERiA ecosystem

We build tools that empower healthcare resources. Our ecosystem consists of accessible solutions designed for early detection:

  • retinIA®: Our flagship solution based on computer vision for visual health screening through fundus images.

  • Risk Calculators: Validated algorithmic tools for measuring cardiometabolic risks.

  • Health Chatbots: Intelligent assistants supported by LLMs that assess health risks at scale (e.g., corporate, public health fairs) to perform situational diagnoses of mental, visual, and cardiometabolic health.

Our competitive advantage lies in technical rigor and ethical data management:

  • Intellectual property and proprietary data: We have training databases with over 300,000 retinal images, allowing us to develop AI models with accuracy tailored to local epidemiology.

  • High security and resilience architecture: Our solutions operate in the cloud under high availability, monitoring, and security standards.

  • Algorithmic equity: We implement development policies that mitigate bias, ensuring that our tools are equitable for the entire population.

  • Alignment with international standards: We operate under an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data processed.

  • Regulatory framework: We fully comply with the LFPDPPP (Law for the Protection of Personal Data) in terms of personal data protection.

  • Data protection: We implement Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with critical suppliers, guaranteeing the ethical and legal treatment of sensitive information (PHI).
